Childbirth Education Classes
Why take Childbirth Education classes?

Comfort Measures ONLY Workshop: This hands-on workshop for pregnant persons and their support persons will focus on comfort measures useful for birth. No matter the type of birth that you plan, comfort measures will come in useful. Learning about and practicing these comfort measures ahead of time will help you feel more confident in birth and be easier to use when in labor. This workshop is beneficial whether or not you plan to take a childbirth education course, and can also be a refresher if you have given birth before. In this class we will cover breathing techniques, relaxation, positions, hydrotherapy, reflexology techniques, and more! This workshop will be led by Kristin Martins, Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator of The Birthing Trail.

Breastfeeding and Chestfeeding Classes
This 2 hour class series will give you the basics to get started on your feeding journey. We will cover topics such as hunger cues, latching, how to tell baby is getting enough, pumping and storing milk, and more! This one-part 2-hour class will be virtual, please see class dates below.
